I love the atmosphere of the place. It’s well decorated. I absolutely love the trees. Our bartender was excellent. Extremely attentive, and friendly. I tried duck tacos for the first time. They had a lot of wines to choose from. The bathroom was extremely clean and offered hand lotion and peppermints. I would 100% come back. I had such a good time here.

My wife and I were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and wanted to go somewhere special. The Banyan House has an artificial real looking Banyan Tree inside that creates a nice garden like atmosphere. We sat by the window overlooking the lake. Mayia, our server, was friendly and attentive and helped make the evening for us. The presentation of the food was outstanding and tasted excellent. We will be back.

Great experience. Great views. Excellent service. Thx Tatiana! Had the Flat Iron Cesar, wife had the short rib sandwich. All fresh and tasty. Return Visit: Wife had the sliced steak, tasty but too thick. Granddaughter had the soft shell crab, yummy. Friend had the chicken club, no leftovers. I had the short ribs with the truffle fries. Awesome. The fries had too much salt for my taste, they happily replaced. Great lunch spot and reasonable.

We went for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and wow, were we impressed. Our server Katie is top notch. She made several recommendations and we followed suite. We had the fondue, lobster linguini, braised short ribs, but the pecan bourbon bread pudding was off the charts. If you’re looking for decadent delicious food go to Banyan House and ask for Katie.

Had a perfect evening at Banyan House. Great drinks, service, food and atmosphere. The view was spectacular!Three of the four dishes were amazing! Pork chop, ribeye and rigatoni fabulous. I had the lobster linguine. The lobster was superbly poached in butter but the linguine’s sauce was so overpowering with cheese that it made it inedible. Would have been better with a much lighter sauce. Overall a great dining experience would definitely return.

Dinner was excellent. Presentation superb! Pork Chops were tender and accompanied with sweet potato and Brussels sprouts. My desert was decadent. Pecan bread pudding with homemade ice cream. Will visit again.

My new favorite restaurant, hands down. Everything at The Banyan House is superb. The atmosphere is open and bright, yet comfortable. Service was amazing from our server, Chelsie, and manager Stacy who stopped by several times to check on us. Chelsie has the timing of a fine dining server, giving us just the right amount of time to look over the menu, answering questions, keeping drinks filled unobtrusively, making suggestions and more. She was friendly yet unobtrusive and extremely adept at her job. The food! As a table, we split the crab and artichoke fondue, which was sublime with a generous portion for sharing. Dinner had two of our party eating one halibut, one black grouper, and one blue crab salad appetizer. Every dish was perfection. The crab salad was incredibly fresh topped with a homemade avocado spread mixed with cilantro and citrus and surrounded with peppery arugula and orange segments. The halibut came with delicious crunchy lobster popovers, a tomato Brandy sauce, and was cooked perfectly. The grouper group was also cooked to perfection with risotto and Brussels sprouts. If that wasn't enough, we decided to have the pecan bourbon bread pudding with what had to be homemade ice cream. I wish I had saved more room. Even sharing, we couldn't finish it and I'm still painfully full. The Banyan House checks all the boxes: atmosphere, service, food. All could not have been better. I would suggest making reservations and going when you are hungry. Seriously, I almost did not write this review because I didn't want to share news of this restaurant with anybody. I want it all to myself! Great job to The Banyan House!
